Summer Shorts
30 June 2014
Isn't this the cutest shorts you've ever seen? And to pair it with a classic white blouse, it is to die for!
I wanted to used the tribal trends that is so not scary to wear. All the other tribal is too native with all the earth tones. I wanted to contrast everything and make it more whimsical and flirty. By the by, doesn't she looks like Taylor Swift? I swear it wasn't intentional.
Enjoy.

Quilted Florals
22 April 2014
Good morning, All. I can't believe Easter is almost here, and that means April is winding down to an end.
Wouldn't you love to wear this outfit by Preen? I saw a picture and thought it'd be cool to try a new visual, and I don't think it's there yet, but something for next time. But the outfit in real life is quite minimalist in its simplicity and closure. The back is just two straps ^_^
Enjoy.

Don't Hound Me
17 April 2014
Hello, folks! It has been a long time. I started a new job and that took up a chunk of my time transitioning and settling down. I just started drawing again, but my production aren't as quick as it was before. Now I'm trying to get at least one done a week. Hopefully.
Today, I have a Balmain outfit from Paris Fashion Week, and what's Paris without some houndstooth. She's wearing a jacket with a leather skirt and matching boots.
I hope you like what I did and continued to stay for what to come. Enjoy.

Spring Is In Full Swing
19 February 2014
Spring is here. Well not yet, but you can dream right? Fashion week is kicking off in New York, so it's really the beginning of a new season.
Today, I have Oscar de la Renta spring dress, it is filled with full bloomed flowers and polka dots. Everything about the dress are feminine, from the form, colors, and volume.
Enjoy.

Rosa Azul
30 January 2014
Isn't this pattern cute? Don't you just want this in everything you have? Shirts, skirts, pants? I tried something new with my markers and love the result. I might repeat it for future designs.
I have something a bit more young and modern with this drawing. It's more daring because it's so bright and there is a lot of it. It also reveals more skin up top; it is a halter with an opened sleeves.
Enjoy.

Waiting for Spring
15 January 2014
It's halfway to January already! It's going too fast, and spring will soon be here. Right now I can't wait to shed all the sweaters and coats and get some color back.
Here, I have a wrap dress in yellow with blue flowers. This is such a cute dress in general and I think it would look great on anyone.
Enjoy.

Sitting Pretty
07 January 2014
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! To welcomed the new year, I had another sitting posed; I'm not sure if I'm gonna do another one because three is the magic number.
Here, I have a darker skin model, I had never done one before just because the dark color is harder to blend and sometimes it just too dark, but here she is in a crocodile patterns. I don't think I accomplished it, but better luck next time.
Enjoy.

Night On The Town
11 December 2013
Hello everyone, I hope you guys are having a great week so far. I'm doing great.
Today I have a drawing of my sister and her boyfriend. I'm still getting used to drawing men, but I'm developing techniques along the way. In fact, drawing men is quite easier because of the limitations of the clothes. She is wearing a white peplum top with a houndstooth pencil skirt; whilst he's wearing white tee with a vest, and his favorite skinny jeans.
Enjoy.

On The Prowl
06 December 2013
Hi again! It's almost the weekend. I can't wait. Things haven't been good as it should for me, but I hope it will soon.
Today, I give you a leopard print pencil skirt with a sky blue sweater. It's perfect for anything, from office to night club. The skirt was fun to draw because it's animal prints so I don't have to be exact. Good for me.
Enjoy.

Miss Mary-Mack
04 December 2013
Miss Mary Mack, Mack, Mack
All dressed in black, black, black
With silver buttons, buttons, buttons
All down her back, back, back.
Who here haven't heard of that song we used to play when we were kids? I haven't thought of it until I started this illustration. The picture is from September Vogue and I love the patterns of the skirt so much, and this is also something for me to try using White Out.
I never love wearing black, and I hate drawing it, too, because there's nothing special about it. Details just get lost in it, but I think this one looks good. There might be more in the future.
Enjoy.

Come In Stranger
12 November 2013
Hello all!! It been so long since I drawn an illustration with human eyes. I know the anime eyes of Sailor Moon series worked perfectly, but I want to get back to the semi-realism.
Initially, I wanted to name this "Little Black [Polka Dots] Dress" but "Come In Stranger" also works. I'll let you decide. I just love the easiness of this dress; it's like a straight neckline tube dress, but loose fitting. If this is sold in stores, I think it would do quite well. You can belted it and create something new.
Enjoy

Tuxedo Mask Does Fashion Week
29 October 2013
How could I do a series about Fashion Week and not do Mens' Fashion Week?! You think I could only draw women? Well, I draw them better than I do with men. It just easier. There! I said it. But I want to get better at drawing menswear. They're a tough cookie. It's not fun. But each drawing is a stepping stone for the future.
I love Mens' Fashion Week; I want all their clothes. My fave are: Burberry, Ermanno Ecervino, John Varvatos, Hugo Boss, and many more. I like the European and some of the unknown designers that are not too mainstreamed.
Tuxedo Mask is not in his usual black tie. He is in fact wearing a Burberry heart shaped print button down, the same one is worn by Harry Styles. I just love that the shirt cost $600. And to complete the look with camel trousers and wingtips. Hope you like my men's drawing. Enjoy.

Sailor Saturn Does Fashion Week
25 October 2013
Hello again. Almost time for Halloween. What are you guys dressing up as? Maybe Sailor Moon? ^_~
Today, I have the elusive Sailor Saturn. She barely got mentioned in the series, or at least part of her did. I wanna captured her youth and happiness that elude her during the show because of Doctor Tomoe.
I think what I had in mind is she is at a carnival/circus and having the time of her life; winning balloons, prizes, and seeing shows in the tent.
This is another one of my design that touched on Hannah Montana just a little bit with the animal prints and the belted look. I hoped you like it.
Enjoy.

Sailor Uranus Does Fashion Week
22 October 2013
Hi everyone! Today I wanna show you Sailor Uranus (Amara) in a feminine dress but still keep her tomboy aspects. I had difficult choice in picking what to draw for Uranus, because she would sticks out like a sore thumb if she's in a fitting dress. I had thought about giving her a shorts and a tee, but what would Fashion Week be if she wore that?
This dress is from Kenzo SS 2014 collection. I love this outfit. It has nice, strong pattern, and she looks like she's up for anything. Did you notice I used blue again? I'm on a roll with the color. I love blue. It's such an easy color for anything.
Anyhoo, thanks for stopping by. Enjoy!

Sailor Venus Does Fashion Week
14 October 2013
Hello there!! I just saw the Michael Kors show and it was fabulous. Everything is so great. He had an array of clothes from daywear to evening wear that make the collection accessible to everyone.
I wanted to showcased Mina a fun and outgoing with an easiness in her clothes. The floral print full skirt dress is perfect for her. And as you know, I have to had her playfully dancing around in the street. I think that's everyone's secret dream, to dance around in the street.
Enjoy!

Sailor Mars Does Fashion Week
10 October 2013
Another Sailor Scout is added to the collection. This time it's Rei and she's shopping, or hurrying to a sale. I think it's cute to add some movements to a drawing. I didn't want to have the models just posing, I like to mix it up now and then.
Sailor Mars today is wearing something out of September Vogue. She is wearing Maiyet silk t-shirt and pants. I didn't want to do red for Mars, but this outfit seems perfect for her considering she is spunky and girly, too.
Enjoy.

Sailor Moon Does Fashion Week
01 October 2013
Fashion week is the most exciting week that ever happened to fashion since the utilization of silkworms. So I've decided to take a crack at the it and revisited my love for Sailor Moon, whose is like a fashion illustration in itself.
This series will consist of all the characters drawn out in the clothes you see on the runway and some I conceptualized. It will be a mixed and I think it will be a great series.
Today, Sailor Moon is dressed in a mini dress with tribal patterns. I don't know who designed this, but I got the idea out of Vogue September 2013 issue in an advertisement.
I didn't want to used the same color palettes for her clothes because I want it to be different, since it is Fashion Week and all.
Enjoy.
